About Me

My approach to teaching yoga balances tradition and modernity, seriousness and humor, movement and stillness, noise and silence. My style is gentle and compassionate yet demanding of sincerity and commitment. I meet students right where they’re at, softly encouraging self empowerment by way of listening to the body, letting go of judgments and expectations, and turning the gaze inward to find the guru within.

I honor time-tested wisdom from the teachers, elders, and traditions that have come before me and yet my teaching is deeply personal–I share what is authentic to me at this point in my journey. I value sweetness, speaking the truth, and alignment with nature and I incorporate these values into my work. My classes often include musical elements as well–I share songs from the heart during svasana and offer sound healing with crystal singing bowls.

I am humbled to be in service as a yoga teacher and I look forward to many more years of holding space to heal and pray together.

I am a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). I received my 200 hour certification in 2022 from Radiant Life Yoga and my 300 hour certification in 2025 from Radiant Life Yoga. I completed a Yin Yoga Teacher Training course in 2024. I am committed to deepening my practice through ceremony, community, travel, and formal education.
